What a reload bonus is, how to claim it, bonus types, wagering requirements, and expiry rules.

How does a reload bonus work?

A reload bonus gives you extra funds added to your account when you make a qualifying deposit. When a reload bonus is available, you can claim it in the Cashier section before completing your deposit.

What types of reload bonus are available?

Reload bonuses are available in two formats:

  • Fixed amount - a set bonus value added to your deposit, regardless of how much you deposit

  • Percentage match - a percentage of your deposit amount, up to a stated maximum

Reload bonus example

The following example shows how a percentage match reload bonus is calculated:

  • Reload bonus offer: 50% match, up to €200

  • Deposit amount: €200

  • Bonus funds received: €100 (50% of €200)

  • Total account balance after deposit: €300 (€200 deposit + €100 bonus)

Note: The bonus funds received are always calculated as a percentage of your deposit, not your total balance.

Wagering requirements

Reload bonuses carry a wagering requirement - the total amount you must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 35 times (x35) the bonus amount, unless the offer states otherwise.

  • Example: If you receive a €100 reload bonus, the wagering requirement is €3,500 (€100 × 35).

  • Always check the specific offer for any variation to the standard x35 requirement.

Reload bonus expiry

Reload bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the offer. If the bonus is not used before the expiry time:

  • Any unused reload bonus balance is forfeited

  • Any associated wagering requirements are also forfeited
