Where can I find my offers, bonuses, and rewards?
You can view all your available offers, bonuses, and rewards directly on the website and in your account. There are three dedicated sections to check: Promotions, Bonuses, and Rewards.
Promotions
The Promotions section displays all current offers and promotional promotions available to you. To access the Promotions-section:
Go to the Home section in your account, or
Open the main menu and select Promotions.
Note: The Promotions-section is also accessible to logged-out users.
Bonuses
The Bonuses section shows all active bonuses on your account, including free spins bonuses and bonus money. In the Bonuses section, you can view:
The total bonus amount
The current remaining bonus balance
The required wagering amount and your current wagering progress
The expiration date of the bonus
Note: Bonus wagering progress is also visible on the Home page. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms and conditions (T&Cs), which can be found at the bottom of the website under Bonus Policy.
Rewards
The Rewards section allows you to activate bonuses that have been added to your account. To find the Rewards section, go to the Home page and scroll slightly down the page.
Which section should I check?
To find new offers to claim, visit the Promotions section.
To view bonuses or free spins you have already received, check the Rewards or Bonuses section.
Activating a Bonus Through the Cashier
If your account has an available bonus, you can also activate it directly through the Cashier section before making a deposit. To activate a bonus through the Cashier:
Open the Cashier section in your account.
A pop-up window will appear showing your available bonus.
Activate the bonus in the pop-up window before completing your deposit.
