What Is a Time-Out?
A time-out temporarily blocks access to your account for a set break period. Time-out durations range from 1 day up to 6 months.
What Happens to Your Account During a Time-Out?
During a time-out, the following applies to your account:
You cannot log in to your account for the duration of the time-out
Your account remains unchanged - your balance and settings are fully preserved
When the time-out period ends, your account becomes available again automatically - no action is required to reactivate it
